We’re at the half-way point in the competition and it was a sad week.  For the first time, the group collectively went up from the prior week by a total of 6 pounds.  Many of us rebounded above our starting weight.

The big lunch prior to weigh in probably didn’t help, but I believe we can do better. To the rest of NHF, if you can pull one of these guys into a workout session once or twice a week, it would be a big help! Read the rest of this entry »

Collectively, our best week-to-week change.  The new guys (Kyu and Walter) are putting the rest of us to shame.  It is not without effort, though, as they have both been running to shed those pounds. Marcelo is showing some let up with the big cushion he’s built.  We need to take advantage and catch-up!  We’re coming up on Thanksgiving so you need to get your exercise routines going.
